Overview

Century Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring financial health, and driving business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage financial operations, develop budgets, and oversee corporate finance activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services and risk management, along with the ability to negotiate and foster business development.

Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage corporate finance activities including capital structure, investment strategies, and funding initiatives. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational growth through sound financial planning. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization's financial standing. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

Experience

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance, budgeting processes, and risk management. Demonstrated ability in business development with a focus on sales growth and profitability. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
