Position: Chief Accountant - Growth Plan
Location: Downtown
Salary: $90K to $110K

Our client leader in the real estate development industry is looking for a bright Chief Accountant to join their team who will be groomed to grow into the role of Controller over the next few years. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader to develop their skills and potential.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or certificate in accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a pertinent role
- Eagerness to grow and learn quickly
- Strong Excel skills

Job description:

- Responsible for the full accounting cycle for multiple properties
- Preparation of full financial statements
- Preparation of Journal entries
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Prepare government reports
- Variance analysis
- Year-end audit files
