Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chemistry Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons, providing feedback to students, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents. It is a one-on-one tutoring class. We are looking for someone who is able to create a positive learning environment and foster an appreciation of Chemistry, as a subject in our students.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of the students. Teaching chemistry as required by the student and the curriculum. Evaluate students performance and progress. Develop and maintain a positive learning environment for students. Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student. Creating and distributing educational materials such as notes, assessments, and assignments. Participating in parent-teacher interactions Assigning and evaluating homework, projects, and examinations. etc.

Qualifications:



A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chemistry tutor. Has experience in tutoring chemistry. From grade 9 to 12. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Must be resident in Canada Experience in tutoring online and the use of online learning tools
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
