Duties

Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavior. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends. Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment. Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus. A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
