Responsibilities

Provide individualized and group tutoring sessions focused on test preparation strategies for standardized exams. Review core subject areas including math, computer science, and other relevant topics. Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and learning style. Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly to maximize improvement. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, critical thinking, and confidence-building. Utilize computer skills to prepare instructional materials and track student performance. Collaborate with parents, teachers, or school staff to support student success and address specific learning challenges.

Skills

Experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting. Strong background in math, computer science, or related subjects; classroom experience is a plus. Proven ability to teach complex concepts in an understandable manner. Excellent communication skills and patience when working with diverse learners. Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations is advantageous. Proficiency in computer skills for creating lesson plans, assessments, and tracking progress. Passion for education and helping students succeed academically.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
