Overview

Candoo is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analytical Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting laboratory research, ensuring quality control, and contributing to product development. This position requires a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for scientific inquiry, as well as the ability to fabricate and test various chemical products.

Duties

Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses to support research and development projects. Perform quality control assessments on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing formulations. Document experimental procedures, results, and findings accurately in lab notebooks and reports. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality. Analyze data using statistical methods and software tools to draw meaningful conclusions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting, with hands-on skills in analytical techniques. Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory requirements in the chemical industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when conducting experiments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
