We are currently seeking a
Chemical Plant Operator IV
to join our skilled and passionate team. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performing operation that transforms today's rare resources into tomorrow's cutting-edge solutions.
What You'll Do:
As a Chemical Plant Operator IV, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our cesium formate andconventional cesium processing plants. From managing complex plant circuits to monitoring product quality and safety systems, your work will directly contribute to the success of our plant operations and the integrity of our global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations & Efficiency
Take charge of plant start-ups, shut-downs, and emergency operations.
Monitor and adjust plant circuits to maintain peak efficiency.
Operate boilers and associated equipment with confidence.
Coordinate with fellow operators during shift changes for seamless transitions.
Oversee the loading of final product and unloading of raw materials.
Safety & Compliance
Conduct job-specific risk assessments and maintain high safety standards.
Rigorously follow procedures including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry, and Line Breaking.
Perform regular checks on safety showers, emergency lights, boilers, and relief valves.
Maintenance & Quality
Collect and test samples to maintain product integrity.
Detect equipment issues early, perform basic repairs, and communicate maintenance needs.
Support maintenance activities by preparing equipment and ensuring procedural compliance.
Keep detailed operational records for performance tracking and reporting.
What You Bring
Grade 12 High School Diploma.
4th Class Power Engineering Certification.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
