Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in food preparation, restaurant management, and supervising kitchen staff. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of food handling and safety. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cost control measures while ensuring quality food production.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Bartending experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: $16.55-$37.84 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
