We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and leading a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect current food trends and customer preferences. Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and leadership to foster a collaborative team environment. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Ensure the quality of dishes before they reach the dining area, maintaining presentation standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in the food industry, with a focus on food preparation and handling. Previous roles in restaurant management or leadership positions within a culinary setting are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and culinary trends. Experience in team management and the ability to motivate staff effectively. Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
