Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food service and high-quality meal preparation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance and teamwork. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health standards. Monitor food presentation and quality before serving to guests.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the food industry. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices. Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous learning in the field. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200.00-$250.00 per day
