Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food safety, sanitation, and inventory management Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery Train and mentor team members to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent food quality and service

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience with food industry trends, kitchen equipment, and serving techniques A background in restaurant experience is preferred

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
