Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, ensuring consistency and presentation.
Oversee food prep, storage, and rotation in line with food safety standards.
Support the kitchen team with cooking, plating, and cleaning as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef, or kitchen lead (restaurant experience required).
Strong cooking skills across multiple stations.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must get handlers certification.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
