Reporting to the National Events and Corporate Sponsorships Manager, we require a Chef Partner to work at our Miele Experience Centre in Montreal
The successful candidate will always embrace the Miele Experience strategy and operational guidelines. Use your best efforts to promote the interests and the business of the Companyand conduct themselves in a manner, which will ensure the best representation and public image for the Company and all related companies.
Ability to handle small or large group/events, which includes active cooking, and demonstration type events
Using our Miele appliances,participating and preparing meals for Retail Sales Training of our dealers, as well as our Miele employees
Work with our Regional Product Trainer to host Miele cooking classes as well as supporting Miele events
Maintain the highest standards to ensure the cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio
Execute all Miele recipes as defined by Miele without any alterations unless approved in writing by Miele
We think it would be awesome if you have:
Bilingual French and English
Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on business needs, scheduled on a monthly schedule
Must be available for 3 Saturdays per month, in addition to one weekday (Thursday or Friday)
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience (Culinary School Graduate preferred)
Great organizational skills
Training experience an asset
Must be comfortable with public speaking
Moderate computer skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Easily adaptable to change
Professional attitude
Valid driver's license and your own vehicle
Must be a registered business - Business number will be required upon billing
