Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable de l'equipe d'ingenieur performance et processus pour rejoindre notre equipe de la Pre-Fal basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de la Pre-Fal chargee de / qui developpe.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que responsable ingenieur performance processus sera d' amener le departement Performance a servir la Pre-FAL le plus efficacement possible, avec les standards les plus eleves en matiere de processus. Cela aura un impact significatif sur les objectifs operationnels de la VSgM A220, en particulier sur la performance amont.

Vos defis:
Definir et maintenir le referentiel de performance des processus pour la Pre-FAL;
Piloter l'equilibrage des lignes d'assemblage de la Pre-FAL;
Elaborer et gerer la charte de capacite industrielle pour la montee en cadence de la Pre-FAL;
Developper et superviser le modele des temps passes previsionnels sur un horizon de 5 ans pour la Pre-FAL;
Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) pour mesurer l'efficacite operationnelle de la Pre-FAL;
Contribuer activement aux exercices financiers annuels (AOP/FCx) pour le perimetre de la Pre-FAL;
Assurer la liaison avec le Central metier pour le role d'Ingenieur en Performance des Processus Industriels;
Communiquer les messages, la vision et les priorites du departement ABOE et garantir la circularite de l'information;
Animer les routines manageriales et les rituels d'equipe, principalement pour l'equipe Pre-FAL et en interface avec la FAL;
Gerer les relations avec les parties prenantes et les interfaces liees a la performance de la Pre-FAL;
Assurer un alignement constant avec le chef des operations de la Pre-FAL et les equipes d'ingenieurs en performance des processus (PPE) de la FAL;
Rediger et maintenir la documentation d'execution pour les processus de la Pre-FAL au sein de l'equipe ABOE;
Mesurer et analyser la satisfaction des clients internes, principalement les equipes operationnelles de la Pre-FAL;
Votre profil:
Vous detenez un baccalaureat dans un domaine industriel ou un domaine connexe;
Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans d'experience pertinente, incluant une solide experience en Pre-FAL ou en assemblage aeronautique;
Vous avez un minimum de 3 ans d'experience en gestion d'equipe, et idealement plus de 5 ans dans des roles en contact avec les operations et les clients internes;
Vous possedez une experience en gestion dans l'industrie manufacturiere, de preference dans un contexte de pre-assemblage ou d'assemblage aeronautique.
Vous faites preuve d'excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication;
Vous etes un meneur et demontriez des competences en leadership averees.
Vous avez d'excellentes capacites de collaboration interfonctionnelle pour conduire le changement;
Vous etes axe sur l'amelioration continue.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Manager, Process and Performance Engineering, to join our Pre-FAL team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.
You will be part of the Pre-Final Assembly Line (Pre-FAL) team, which is focused on development and growth. The team is structured to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, with an emphasis on mutual support and collective learning.
Your role as the Process and Performance Engineering Manager will be to lead the department to serve the Pre-FAL as effectively as possible, adhering to the highest process standards. This will have a significant impact on the operational objectives of the A220 Value Stream, particularly on upstream performance.

Your challenges:
Define and maintain the process performance framework for the Pre-Final Assembly Line (Pre-FAL)
Lead the balancing of the Pre-FAL assembly lines;
Develop and manage the industrial capacity plan for the Pre-FAL production ramp-up;
Develop and oversee the 5-year forecasted labor time model for the Pre-FAL.
Implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the operational efficiency of the Pre-FAL;
Actively contribute to the annual financial exercises (AOP/FCx) for the Pre-FAL scope;
Liaise with the central business function for the Industrial Process Performance Engineer role;
Communicate the messages, vision, and priorities of the ABOE department and ensure seamless information flow;
Lead management routines and team rituals, primarily for the Pre-FAL team and in interface with the Final Assembly Line (FAL);
Manage stakeholder relationships and interfaces related to Pre-FAL performance;
Ensure constant alignment with the Head of Pre-FAL Operations and the FAL Process Performance Engineer (PPE) teams;
Create and maintain execution-level documentation for Pre-FAL processes within the ABOE team;
Measure and analyze the satisfaction of internal customers, mainly the Pre-FAL operational teams.
Your boarding pass:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in an industrial field or a related domain;
You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including solid experience in a Pre-Final Assembly Line (Pre-FAL) or aerospace assembly environment;
You have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience, and ideally more than 5 years in roles with direct contact with operations and internal customers;
You have management experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a pre-assembly or aerospace assembly context;
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are a leader with proven leadership skills;
You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive change.
You are focused on continuous improvement.
