We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef. As a Chef, you will be solely responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, to create exceptional dining experience.

Duties

Plan and prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen functionality. Implement and uphold food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen. Collaborate without young and energe front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Create new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Monitor food costs and waste to optimize kitchen efficiency while maintaining quality. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment operation. Excellent team management skills for working together with the front of house Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
