Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with proven leadership skills. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and creating innovative menus that delight our guests. The Chef will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment while fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Develop new menu items that align with culinary trends and customer preferences Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize efficiency Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service and enhance guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality

Requirements



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management Supervising experience within a food service or hospitality setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Exceptional skills in food industry operations, including kitchen experience and hospitality services Ability to develop creative menus while maintaining consistency and quality Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices in restaurant management Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to excellence in serving guests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
