Responsibilities

Manage food inventory and ensure proper food handling practices. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment. Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
