Planifier et organiser les activites de nettoyage et assainissement des lignes de production
Superviser et former l'equipe d'assainissement sur les procedures de nettoyage
Responsable du suivi des heures, temps supplementaire et avis disciplinaire
Effectuer des inspections pre-operationnelle et divers rapports
Gerer l'inventaire et consommation des produits chimiques et equipement de protection
Identifier et proposer des ameliorations pour optimiser l'efficacite de travail
Collaborer avec l'assurance qualite pour resoudre les non-conformites

Competences
Diplome d'etudes secondaires complete
Minimum de 3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion dans une usine alimentaire
Capacite a communiquer en francais a l'oral et a l'ecrit
Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, resolution de problemes et gestion d'equipe

Responsibilities:
Plan and organize cleaning and sanitation activities for production lines
Supervise and train the sanitation team on cleaning procedures
Responsible for tracking hours, overtime, and disciplinary actions
Conduct pre-operational inspections and various reports
Manage inventory and consumption of chemicals and protective equipment
Identify and recommend improvements to optimize work efficiency
Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve non-compliances
Perform any other related tasks
Skills:
High school diploma completed
3 to 5 years of management experience in a food processing plant
Ability to communicate in French orally and in writing
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
