Description du poste
La biscuitery situee a l'Aeroport de Montreal est a la recherche d'un(e)
Chef d'equipe -associe(e) au ventes
dynamique et engage(e).
Relevant de la direction, le chef d'equipe sera le point de contact principal des employes, assurera le bon deroulement des operations quotidiennes et fera le lien entre la direction et l'equipe sur le plancher.
Le titulaire du poste jouera un role cle dans la coordination du travail, la communication interne, la gestion des situations operationnelles et l'amelioration continue des pratiques de travail.

Agir comme referent et point de contact pour les employes
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des operations quotidiennes
Donner les directives claires a l'equipe et veiller a leur application
Maintenir un climat de travail positif et collaboratif
Gerer les problemes internes en collaboration avec les Ressources humaines
Faire le lien entre la direction et les employes
Identifier les enjeux operationnels et proposer des solutions concretes
Faire preuve d'initiative et proposer des idees d'amelioration
Veiller au respect des normes de qualite, d'hygiene et de securite
Participer a la formation et a l'accompagnement des nouveaux employes

Exigences et experiences
Experience prealable en supervision d'equipe (1 a 3 ans un atout)
Experience en restauration, production alimentaire ou commerce de detail (un atout)
Connaissance des normes d'hygiene et de securite alimentaire
Disponibilite flexible (jours, soirs, fins de semaine, selon l'horaire)

Team Leader - sales associate
Reporting to management, the Team Leader will be the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and acting as a liaison between management and the team on the shop floor.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating work, internal communication, managing operational situations, and continuously improving work practices.
Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact and mentor for employees
Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
Provide clear directives to the team and ensure their implementation
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
Manage internal issues in collaboration with Human Resources
Liaise between management and employees
Identify operational challenges and propose concrete solutions
Demonstrate initiative and suggest improvement ideas
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Participate in the training and onboarding of new employees
