L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Chef(fe) de section EWIS sera de diriger une equipe en combinant une solide expertise technique approfondie des EWIS d'aeronefs, un leadership d'equipe exceptionnel et des competences averees en Gestion de Projet et de Programme afin de garantir le respect des delais, l'adherence au budget et la qualite dans un environnement complexe et multidisciplinaire.

Vos defis:
Gestion de projet
Planification et Execution de Projet : Autonomiser l'equipe et superviser les projets de developpement par la planification, l'execution et le reporting.
Gestion du Budget et du planning: Gerer directement le budget, l'allocation des ressources et les echeanciers des projets. Identifier et attenuer de maniere proactive les risques lies au calendrier et aux couts en utilisant des methodologies de gestion de projet.
Coordination des Parties Prenantes : Servir de point de contact principal pour les questions relatives aux EWIS aupres des services internes (ex. : Production, Gestion de Programme, Qualite).
Rapports et Suivi : Etablir et maintenir des mecanismes de suivi et de reportingrigoureux, fournissant des mises a jour claires, concises et opportunes sur l'etat d'avancement, les obstacles et les points de decision a la direction.
Resolution des Risques et Problemes : Mener la resolution des problemes techniques, de fabrication et en service complexes lies aux EWIS, en appliquant une analyse des causes profondes robuste et en mettant en oeuvre des actions correctives efficaces.
Leadership d'Equipe :
Leadership d'equipe : Diriger, encadrer et developper une equipe multidisciplinaire de specialistes et de concepteurs EWIS.
Planification des Ressources : Prevoir les besoins en ressources et gerer la capacite, en s'assurant que la section dispose des competences et de la bande passante necessaires pour atteindre tous les objectifs du programme.
Amelioration des Processus : Promouvoir l'amelioration continue des processus, des outils et des meilleures pratiques d'ingenierie EWIS, favorisant l'efficacite et la qualite.
Gestion de la Performance : Etablir des objectifs de performance clairs, mener des evaluations de performance regulieres et cultiver une culture de responsabilite, de securite et d'excellence.
Votre profil:
Expertise Technique et Experience : Baccalaureat en genie aerospatial, electrique ou mecanique, avec un minimum de 10 ans d'experience dans l'industrie aerospatiale, incluant au moins 2 ans dans un role de leadership ou strategique.
Leadership de projet : Capacite demontree a diriger des projets complexes et multifonctionnels, de la conception preliminaire a la mise en service, associee a une comprehension approfondie des processus de gestion des changements d'ingenierie.
Leadership d'Equipe : Solides competences en leadership, apte a guider une equipe pour qu'elle depasse ses objectifs tout en maintenant un environnement de travail dynamique et positif.
Energie et Engagement : Personne energique, possedant d'excellentes competences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, prete a assumer des responsabilites de maniere autonome dans un environnement exigeant mais collaboratif.
Gestion des Parties Prenantes et Collaboration : Capacite prouvee a etablir des relations efficaces et a collaborer au-dela des frontieres organisationnelles.

Project Management
Project Planning & Execution: Empower the team and oversee development projects through planning, executing and reporting
Schedule & Budget Management: Directly manage the budget, resource allocation, and project timelines. Proactively identify and mitigate schedule and cost risks using Project Management methodologies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for EWIS matters with internal departments (e.g., Production, Program Management, Quality)
Reporting: Establish and maintain robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing clear, concise, and timely updates on status, roadblocks, and decision points to management.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Drive the resolution of complex technical, manufacturing, and in-service issues related to EWIS, applying robust root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
Team Leadership
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of EWIS specialists and designers
Resource Planning: Forecast resource needs and manage capacity, ensuring the section has the necessary skills and bandwidth to meet all program objectives.
Process Improvement: Champion the continuous improvement of EWIS engineering processes, tools, and best practices, driving efficiency and quality.
Performance Management: Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
Your boarding pass:
Expertise : Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years' aerospace industry experience including minimally 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
Program Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects from conceptual design through to entry-into-service, coupled with a deep understanding of engineering change management processes.
Team Leadership : Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding a team to surpass goals while maintaining a dynamic and positive work environment.
