Sommaire du poste
Relevant du directeur de la R&D, le chef de projet R&D aura pour principales responsabilitxc3xa9s de :

• Effectuer l'examen des plans de spxc3xa9cifications pour les systxc3xa8mes IoT agricoles afin de rxc3xa9pondre aux exigences des clients. Dxc3xa9velopper, xc3xa9valuer et discuter des solutions possibles en matixc3xa8re d'xc3xa9quipement avec les gestionnaires de comptes, les fournisseurs et les clients concernxc3xa9s. Fixer les objectifs du projet et dxc3xa9finir les plans pour atteindre ces objectifs.
• Crxc3xa9er des estimations de coxc3xbbts dxc3xa9taillxc3xa9es. Rxc3xa9soudre les xc3xa9carts majeurs par rapport aux objectifs avec l'xc3xa9quipe aprxc3xa8s la validation du cadre du projet.
• Tenir xc3xa0 jour les calendriers des projets, les prxc3xa9visions budgxc3xa9taires et les rapports d'avancement.
• Gxc3xa9rer l'xc3xa9laboration et la rxc3xa9alisation de projets dans le respect du calendrier et du budget.
• Crxc3xa9er et rxc3xa9viser les calendriers des projets, notamment en gxc3xa9nxc3xa9rant des txc3xa2ches, des estimations, des dxc3xa9pendances et des jalons.
• Maintenir la satisfaction des clients en enquxc3xaatant sur leurs prxc3xa9occupations, en mettant en xc5x93uvre des mesures correctives et en communiquant avec les clients et le personnel concernxc3xa9.
• Diriger des mxc3xaalxc3xa9es de projet (Scrums) ou d'autres processus lixc3xa9s xc3xa0 la mxc3xa9thodologie agile.
• Organiser des rxc3xa9unions pour discuter des objectifs et de l'xc3xa9tat d'avancement du projet.
• Gxc3xa9rer des xc3xa9quipes de R&D situxc3xa9es dans d'autres pays (Amxc3xa9rique latine et Inde) pour certains projets.

• Diplxc3xb4me en ingxc3xa9nierie xc3xa9lectrique ou mxc3xa9canique ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 5 ans d'expxc3xa9rience ou plus dans un rxc3xb4le de chef de projet dans un environnement industriel ou de fabrication.
• Expxc3xa9rience de la gestion de projets technologiques et des principes de production xc3xa0 valeur ajoutxc3xa9e.
• Capacitxc3xa9 xc3xa0 xc3xa9laborer des calendriers et des xc3xa9chxc3xa9anciers dxc3xa9taillxc3xa9s pour les projets.
• Bilingue.

R&D PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the R&D manager, the R&D project managers primary responsibilities will include:

• Perform specifications plan review for farm IoT systems to meet customer requirements. Develop, evaluate, and discuss possible equipment solutions with appropriate account managers, suppliers and customers. Set project goals and define plans to meet those goals.
• Create detailed cost estimates. Resolve major deviations from scope with the team after Project Scope Validation.
• Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
• Manage resources for projects, both internal and external to the company.
• Manage development and delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.
• Create and revise project schedules including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
• Lead project SCRUMs or other agile-related processes.
• Conduct risk assessments for projects.
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
• Manage R&D teams located in other countries (LATAM and India) for some projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a project manager role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with technology project management and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to develop detailed project timelines/schedules.
• Bilingual

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Interest in the agricultural sector.
