Le Chef de Projet Industriel est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de l'execution efficace des projets dans le domaine industriel. Ce role implique la supervision de toutes les etapes du projet, depuis sa conception initiale jusqu'a sa mise en oeuvre finale, en veillant a ce que les objectifs soient atteints dans les delais impartis et avec les ressources allouees.

Le Chef de Projet Industriel doit etre capable de gerer des equipes pluridisciplinaires, de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, ainsi que de resoudre les problemes potentiels pouvant survenir tout au long du processus.

Responsabilites principales :

Planification et coordination des projets industriels, incluant l'elaboration des budgets, des plannings et des jalons. Supervision de l'equipe projet, repartition des taches et coordination efficace des efforts. Communication reguliere avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer une comprehension claire des objectifs du projet et des avancees realisees. Gestion des ressources humaines, financieres et materielles necessaires a la realisation des projets. Identification et gestion des risques potentiels, ainsi que mise en oeuvre de mesures d'attenuation appropriees. Resolution proactive des problemes et des conflits pouvant survenir pendant la duree du projet. Veiller au respect des normes de qualite, de sante, de securite et de durabilite tout au long du processus.

The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of projects in the industrial field. Primary Responsibilities:

Supervision of the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring effective coordination of efforts. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and progress made. Management of human, financial and material resources necessary to carry out projects. Identification and management of potential risks, as well as implementation of appropriate mitigation measures. Proactive resolution of issues and conflicts that may arise during the duration of the project. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and sustainability standards throughout the process. Solides competences en gestion de projet, avec une experience averee dans la coordination de projets industriels complexes. Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite, ainsi qu'en leadership. Capacite a travailler efficacement en equipe et a diriger des groupes pluridisciplinaires. Forte orientation vers les resultats, avec une capacite a respecter les delais et les budgets. Competences en resolution de problemes et en prise de decision. Connaissance approfondie des processus industriels et des meilleures pratiques en gestion de projet. Diplome universitaire en ingenierie, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
