Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9cifiques :

• Conduit des r\xc3\xa9unions d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et influence et encadre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe sur l\'\xc3\xa9tat d\'esprit Agile.
• Sert de gardien du processus Agile SAFe.
• Favorise les efforts d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continus et minimise les interruptions externes.
• Coordonne et facilite la planification de l\'Incr\xc3\xa9ment de Programme (PI) et documente les objectifs engag\xc3\xa9s, le tableau d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et les jalons.
• Conduit des r\xc3\xa9unions quotidiennes debout et des r\xc3\xa9trospectives d\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
• Travaille avec le Product Owner pour g\xc3\xa9rer le backlog.
• Traite les obstacles et les r\xc3\xa9sout ou les escalade si n\xc3\xa9cessaire.
• Surveille la v\xc3\xa9locit\xc3\xa9 de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et suit les progr\xc3\xa8s quotidiens dans l\'outil Agile choisi.
• Assiste aux r\xc3\xa9unions Scrum of Scrum pour escalader les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui ne peuvent pas \xc3\xaatre trait\xc3\xa9s au sein de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
• Permet une \xc3\xa9quipe efficace dans le train.
• Effectue l\'affinage du backlog et la planification des it\xc3\xa9rations.
• Interagit avec les clients, utilisateurs et tiers concern\xc3\xa9s ; propose des solutions cr\xc3\xa9atives aux probl\xc3\xa8mes utilisateurs identifi\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 travers des am\xc3\xa9liorations, des projets ou des tickets.

Exigences du poste:

• 
  Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire en technologie de l\'information ou \xc3\xa9quivalent.
• Minimum de 10 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en technologie de l\'information.
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais.
• Soutien aux membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe dans l\'identification des d\xc3\xa9cisions.
• Facilitation sans diminuer l\'engagement de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 obtenir des r\xc3\xa9sultats.
• Construction de relations et soutien au d\xc3\xa9veloppement individuel.
• Pr\xc3\xa9vision et identification des d\xc3\xa9fis \xc3\xa0 venir.
• Encouragement de la communication ouverte entre les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

This role leads and coaches the scrum team in Agile best practices, implements action to improve productivity and quality of deliverables, drives adoption of scrum practices throughout the organization, and identifies, manages and mitigates project issues and risks.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conducts team meetings and influences and coaches the team on Agile mindset
• Serves as guardian of the SAFe Agile process
• Drives relentless improvement efforts and minimizes outside disruptions
• Coordinates and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning and documents committed objectives, team board and milestones
• Conducts daily stand ups and team retrospectives
• Works with Product Owner to manage the backlog
• Addresses impediments and resolves or escalates as needed
• Monitors team velocity and tracks daily progress against chosen Agile tool
• Attends Scrum of Scrum meetings to escalate issues that cant be handled within the team
• Enables an effective team on the train
• Conducts backlog refinement and iteration planning
• Interact with customers, users and third parties as appropriate; propose creative solutions to user problems identified through enhancements, projects or tickets
• Evaluate entire scope (budget, time, effort), and the system impacts of the solutions proposed

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years In Information technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication French and English
• Supporting team members in decision identification
• Facilitating without diminishing team commitment to deliver results
• Relationship building and supporting individual development
• Forecasting and identifying challenges ahead
• Encouraging open communication among team members
• Facilitating healthy conflict during team meetings
• Persuasive leadership and coaching
• Extensive Scrum/Agile experience
• Budgeting in an Agile environment
• Thorough understanding of IT and software concepts, software design development and modeling
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work in crisis situations and in multi-tasks mode

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
