Job Description

Chef de Partie - Full-Time,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, and provides professional leadership and
direction to kitchen

personnel.

Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurant's specifications
and

commitment to quality.

Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper
food-handling techniques.

Deliver high-quality food in a professional, safe and efficient manner, satisfying our customers



expectations

Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth service, high food quality &

minimal waste

Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met

Produce menu items to outlined specifications including portion control

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 year of cooking experience, ideally in a high volume setting, wood oven experience is an asset



Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge. Awareness of health & safety laws Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment, including stoves, refrigeration, slicer, knives, and dish machine.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
