Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. A strong understanding of food safety and handling practices is essential for this role.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create a positive team environment, providing help where needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills. Experience in restaurant management or team management is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen setting. Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
