We're currently looking for a
Chef de Partie
who shares our values and is eager to contribute to a professional, detail-focused kitchen.
Your Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running a station during service, executing high-quality prep, and maintaining the standards that define our food. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values communication, consistency, and pride in the work.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain a clean, efficient, and organized station
Prepare and execute dishes to spec during service with consistency and care
Perform a variety of prep tasks including knife work, butchery, sauce work, and pastry prep
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization at all times
Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients and mise en place
Support inventory and communicate prep and ordering needs
Collaborate on seasonal menu changes and new dish development
Uphold a positive and respectful kitchen culture

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a professional kitchen (CDP, line cook, or similar role)
Strong knife skills and working knowledge of classic and modern cooking techniques
Calm, focused presence during busy service
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Clear communicator and strong team player
Physical stamina and comfort working on your feet for long periods
Culinary education is an asset, but hands-on experience is equally valued
