Chef de Marche (Market Leader)
Nos Chefs de Marche sont des professionnels aguerris du commerce de detail, strategiques et naturellement charismatiques. Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de la performance globale et des initiatives de marketing local ou regional. Le Chef de Marche assure la gestion et la supervision du studio Lucid dans un environnement de vente au detail.
Vous serez appele a diriger votre equipe par la formation, le coaching, la motivation, la fixation d'objectifs et la gestion des performances de vente. Vous aurez egalement la responsabilite de creer des opportunites marketing et evenementielles dans votre marche local afin de maximiser la visibilite de la marque Lucid et de recruter de nouveaux proprietaires Lucid.
Votre succes sera mesure par votre capacite a atteindre vos objectifs et a prendre en charge les operations globales de votre marche : accroitre la notoriete de la marque, optimiser la performance et le developpement de votre equipe, et assurer la gestion operationnelle du studio. SANTE DE L'ENTREPRISE
Demontre une mentalite d'entrepreneur avec la capacite d'analyser les rapports de ventes, d'identifier les tendances commerciales et les opportunites de marche, et d'elaborer des plans pour en tirer parti.
Reste informe des developpements micro et macroeconomiques, incluant les opportunites de marketing communautaire et les conditions economiques influencant votre marche ou region.
Developpe des strategies de vente et de marketing pour atteindre ou depasser les objectifs (ex. identifier des opportunites locales de marketing et d'evenements afin de stimuler les ventes).
Recherche l'excellence dans toutes les spheres de l'entreprise et vise constamment a depasser les attentes pour son marche.
Identifie les obstacles techniques, operationnels ou organisationnels et propose des solutions adaptees.

GENERATION DE LA DEMANDE
Responsable de la croissance de la part de marche de Lucid et de la mise en oeuvre des programmes de marketing au detail.
Identifie, planifie et execute des plans marketing percutants et efficaces pour accroitre la notoriete et les ventes dans le marche local ou regional.
Developpe, soutient et fait evoluer l'image et la notoriete de la marque Lucid au niveau du detail afin d'attirer une clientele de qualite dans nos studios.
Gere le budget marketing et evenementiel, y compris la gestion des fournisseurs, les depenses locales et les indicateurs de performance.
EXPERIENCE CLIENT
Responsable de l'experience vecue et percue par le client a travers les initiatives de marketing et de marque.
S'assure que chaque point de contact genere une experience positive et une fidelisation.
Gere efficacement et rapidement les escalades clients.
ENGAGEMENT DES EMPLOYES
Leader inspirant et motivant, dote de solides competences operationnelles, engage a offrir une experience client exceptionnelle dans une approche efficace.
Planification de carriere : definit des objectifs individuels et d'equipe et met en place des programmes de developpement des employes.

Qualifications
Diplome universitaire ou experience equivalente.
8+ annees d'experience en gestion d'equipes de vente, avec un historique avere de depassement des objectifs.
Experience dans l'automobile, un atout.
Capacite a prendre des decisions basees sur les donnees et a responsabiliser l'equipe selon les KPI.
Experience demontree dans l'elevation d'une marque grace a des initiatives marketing et evenementielles mesurables et quantifiables.
Experience en gestion des ventes et en obtention de resultats par le biais des autres.
Experience dans un contexte de demarrage ou de lancement de nouveau produit dans un environnement de detail en evolution.
Capacite a prioriser plusieurs projets et a respecter des delais critiques.
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite.
Approche efficace et eprouvee en gestion des ventes et operations de vente.
Sens aigu du detail et souci constant d'excellence.
Capacite a etablir des relations de collaboration et a agir comme partenaire respecte et digne de confiance.

Our
Market Leaders
are strategic seasoned retail professionals and naturally charismatic leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local or regional market. The Market Leader has management and oversight for the Lucid studio in a retail environment.
You will be challenged to lead your team through training, coaching, motivating, goal setting and sales performance. You will be tasked with creating marketing and event opportunities in your local market that will maximize Lucid's brand exposure and create more Lucid owners.
You will be measured by your ability to achieve targets and accountable for overall market operations, increasing brand awareness, driving optimal team performance, team development, and maintaining store operations. To succeed at Lucid, you must be results driven, action oriented, and hard working. You have a passion for and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.

Ownership of aligned market and growing Lucid's market share and oversees deployment of retail marketing program

Develop, support, and evolve Lucid's brand awareness and image at the retail level in order to drive quality traffic and awareness to our sales studios.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of team sales management experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
Automotive experience preferred
Experience making data driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to KPI's
Proven experience elevating a brand through marketing and event efforts with measurable, quantitative results
Experience leading sales management and driving results through others
Experience in a start-up or new product launch environment in an ambiguous retail environment
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective and proven approach to sales and sales operations
Impeccable attention to details
Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives
Ability to develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
