Un restaurant francais renomme et tres achalande recherche un Chef de Cuisine experimente pour diriger notre equipe de cuisine afin d'offrir des experiences exceptionnelles. Le candidat ideal possedera de solides competences en leadership et une comprehension approfondie de la cuisine francaise, la preparation des aliments, des techniques de cuisine et des normes de securite alimentaire (MAPAQ, Premiers secours, SIMDUT). En tant que Chef, vous serez responsable de superviser les operations de la cuisine, de gerer le personnel et de vous assurer que tous les plats respectent nos normes elevees de qualite et de presentation.
Responsabilites
Superviser et coordonner les activites du personnel de cuisine afin d'assurer une preparation et un service efficaces des aliments.
Preparer et cuisiner une variete de plats tout en respectant les recettes et les normes de presentation.
Gerer les stocks, y compris la commande des fournitures et le maintien des niveaux de stock pour assurer un bon fonctionnement.
Veiller a la conformite des normes de securite alimentaire et maintenir la proprete de la cuisine en tout temps.
Former et encadrer le personnel de cuisine sur les techniques de cuisson, la manipulation des aliments et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie alimentaire.
Collaborer avec la direction pour elaborer des menus saisonniers qui refletent les tendances culinaires actuelles et les preferences des clients.
Surveiller la qualite des aliments pendant la preparation et le service pour maintenir des normes elevees de gout et de presentation.
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif en encourageant le travail d'equipe et une communication efficace entre le personnel.
Qualifications
Experience averee dans un role culinaire au sein de l'industrie de la restauration ou de l'hotellerie.
Solide experience en gestion avec la capacite de gerer efficacement une equipe diversifiee.
Connaissance approfondie des techniques de preparation des aliments, des methodes de cuisson et des pratiques de securite alimentaire.
Excellentes competences en leadership avec la capacite de motiver et d'inspirer le personnel de cuisine.
Familiarite avec les principes de gestion de restaurant, y compris le controle des stocks et la gestion des couts.
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement a rythme rapide tout en maintenant une attention aux details.
Excellentes competences en communication pour une collaboration efficace avec les membres de l'equipe et la direction.
