Description:Relevant du directeur, Fiscalit et Trsorerie, le titulaire contribuela fonction de la fiscalit canadienne dont les principaux domaines d\'intrt sont la conformit fiscale des dclarations de revenu des socits canadiennes, l\'optimisation fiscale, les provisions pour impts pour les fins des tats financiers US GAAP, la gestion des risques fiscaux et les priorits en matire de vrifications de l\'impt sur le revenu, des taxes de vente et des crdits pour la Recherche Scientifique et du Dveloppement Exprimental (RS&DE), la fiscalit des non-rsidents, questions de la paie, ainsi que le soutien aux projets spciaux. Activits principales: Fournir, organiser et prparer les informations et les analyses requises pour les fins de la prparation des dclarations d\'impts canadiennes et des demandes de crdits d\'impt pour la RS&DE, ainsi que les annexes pertinentes s\'y rapportant, et apporter des suggestions d\'amliorations continues pour faciliter la production de celles-ci.Extraction de donnes du systme de gestion intgr (SAP) ou d\'une autre base de donnes ERP, ainsi que l\'organisation et l\'analyses approfondies des informations obtenues pour fournir des donnes significatives en rponse aux vrifications fiscales et aux exigences rcurrentes en matire de conformit fiscale.Effectuer le suivi des avis de cotisation, prparer les calculs des acomptes provisionnels des entits canadiennes et prparer et valider certains relevs fiscaux (T4A, NR4, T4A-NR, T5).Calculer les avantages imposables relatifs aux automobiles et le versement des taxes de vente rputes sur les avantages imposables.Prparer les provisions d\'impt des entits canadiennes, y compris la rconciliation de divers comptes d\'impt et des tableaux de continuit.Collaborer avec l\'quipe de fiscalitla prparation des dossiers dans le cadre de vrifications fiscales domestiques, internationales et des projets spciaux, selon les besoins.Effectuer des recherches sur l\'impt des socits et taxes de vente et fournir des recommandations documentes.changer sur une base rgulire avec d\'autres sphres de la fonction finances, comme les services financiers, la planification financire, la paie et la trsorerie.Identifier les opportunits d\'amlioration des processus et collaborer aux efforts continus pour rationaliser les oprations.Exigences: Dtenir un baccalaurat en comptabilit ou en Administration des Affaires. Titre comptable (CPA) ou exprience comparable est un atout.Diplme d\'tudes suprieures en fiscalit ou russi le Programme fondamental d\'impts de CPA Canada ou intressle suivre (un atout). Our team is dynamic, encouraging, communicative and motivated.Description:Reporting to the Director, Tax and Treasury, the incumbent contributes to the Canadian tax function whose main areas of interest are tax compliance of Canadian corporate income tax returns, tax optimization, tax provisions for US GAAP financial statement purposes, tax risk management and income tax audit defense objectives and priorities, sales tax and Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) credits, non-residents taxation, payroll matters as well as support for special projects.Primary activities include:Provide, organize, and prepare the information and analysis required for the purposes of preparing Canadian tax returns and claims for SR&ED tax credits, as well as the relevant appendices relating thereto, and provide continuous suggestions for improvements to facilitate their production.Extraction of data from the enterprise resource planning (SAP) or another ERP database, as well as the organization and in-depth analysis of the information obtained to provide meaningful data in response to tax audits and recurring tax compliance requirements.Follow-up on notices of assessment for the Canadian entities, prepare installments calculations for the Canadian entities, prepare, and validate certain tax slips (T4A, NR4, T4A-NR, T5).Calculate taxable benefits relating to automobiles and remittance of deemed sales taxes on taxable benefits.Prepare the tax provisions for Canadian entities, including the reconciliation of various tax accounts and continuity schedules.Collaborate with the tax team in the preparation of the files for domestic, international tax audits and special projects, as required.Perform research on corporate income tax and sales taxes and provide documented recommendations.Communicate on a regular basis with other areas of the finance function, such as financial services, financial planning, payroll, and treasury.Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on ongoing efforts to streamline operations.Requirements:Hold a bachelor\'s degree in accounting or business administration. An accounting designation (CPA) or comparable experience is an asset.Graduate diploma in taxation or successful completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program or interested in pursuing (an asset). Relevant past experiences in accounting/taxation, in a large business environment or in an accounting firm.Knowledge of Canadian tax concepts (SR&ED, corporate income tax, tax planning, sales taxes and non-resident withholding taxes).Proficient with SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel application.Excellent management of priorities, deadlines, and timeline.Ability to adapt to changes and establish positive interpersonal relationships.Strong aptitude for analysis and problem solving.Motivated, curious, dynamic, persevering, committed, results oriented.Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.In line with our Company\'s Hybrid Workplace Strategy, this position will be performed through a combination of remote work and in-person (Kirkland Head Office) based on the nature of work to be done and subject to the latest Public Health guidance.Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization.
