We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper food handling practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Background in restaurant management is preferred but not required. Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
