Job Summary



We're hiring kitchen staff and cashiers for our breakfast shift!


Join our team for morning shifts from

5:00 AM to 11:00 AM

at our restaurant.

Duties



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences. Plan and execute catering events, ensuring high-quality food service for banquets and special occasions. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Skills



Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant management. Strong background in food service management, including cooking, catering, and kitchen management. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management. Knowledge of inventory management practices and food handling procedures. Ability to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to dietary restrictions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.10-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
