Vos responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

Relevant du r\xc3\xa9partiteur, la chauffeuse ou le chauffeur classe 1 devra assurer le transport de volailles vivantes des producteurs \xc3\xa0 l\'abattoir Sunnymel au Nouveau-Brunswick. Plus pr\xc3\xa9cis\xc3\xa9ment, votre r\xc3\xb4le consistera \xc3\xa0 :

• Compl\xc3\xa9ter des rondes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 ;
• Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour diff\xc3\xa9rents rapports de route ;
• Effectuer, dans les d\xc3\xa9lais requis, les livraisons de volailles vivantes demand\xc3\xa9es par le superviseur.

La chauffeuse ou le chauffeur classe 1 FM recherch\xc3\xa9(e), d\xc3\xa9tient les qualifications suivantes :

• D\xc3\xa9tenir un permis de conduire valide, classe 1 avec mention FM ;
• Poss\xc3\xa9der une exp\xc3\xa9rience en transport de volailles vivantes (atout) ;
• Avoir compl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 un DEP en conduite de v\xc3\xa9hicules lourds (un atout) ;
• Savoir communiquer et \xc3\xa9crire ais\xc3\xa9ment en anglais (fran\xc3\xa7ais atout) ;
• Adopter une approche orient\xc3\xa9e client et une bonne \xc3\xa9thique professionnelle ;
• Connaitre le log \xc3\xa9lectronique ISAAC (atout) ;
• Avoir un bon sens de l\'orientation et de bonnes habilet\xc3\xa9s pour la man\xc5\x93uvre de reculons

*Vous devez \xc3\xaatre l\xc3\xa9galement autoris\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler au Canada et en mesure de vous rendre sur place par vos propres moyens si vous \xc3\xaates s\xc3\xa9lectionn\xc3\xa9 pour l\'entrevue et le test de conduite (Clair, Nouveau-Brunswick).

• Tracteurs semi-remorques \xc3\xa0 suspension pneumatique et \xc3\xa0 freins \xc3\xa0 disque ;
• R\xc3\xa9gulateur de vitesse, cabine climatis\xc3\xa9e et si\xc3\xa8ge pneumatique Pr\xc3\xa9mium avec ballons dorsaux ;
• Fen\xc3\xaatres \xc3\xa9lectriques, miroirs \xc3\xa9lectriques, chauffage d\'appoint, miroirs chauffants et log \xc3\xa9lectronique ISAAC.

Autres informations utiles :

Manutention : ce poste demande le d\xc3\xa9placement des cages \xc3\xa0 l\'int\xc3\xa9rieur du camion et mettre des toiles pour prot\xc3\xa9ger la volailles vivantes (poids \xc3\xa0 soulever r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement).

Territory covered: local transport between our producers and the factory

Schedule: evening/night shifts (weekdays)

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Dispatcher, the Class 1 Driver will be responsible for transporting live poultry from producers to the Sunnymel slaughterhouse in New Brunswick. More specifically, your role will be to:

• Complete safety rounds;
• Maintain various route reports;
• Complete live poultry deliveries requested by the supervisor within the required timeframe.

Requirements:

The Class 1 FM driver we\'re looking for has the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid class 1 driver\'s licence with FM endorsement;
• Have experience in transporting live poultry (an asset);
• Have completed a DEP in heavy vehicle driving (an asset);
• Know how to communicate and write fluently in English (French an asset);
• Adopt a customer-oriented approach and good professional ethics;
• Know the ISAAC electronic log (an asset);
• Have a good sense of direction and good backward manoeuvring skills.

*You must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to travel to Canada on your own if selected for the interview and driving test (St. Clair, New Brunswick).

Equipment :

• Tractor-trailers with air suspension and disc brakes;
• Cruise control, air-conditioned cab and Pr\xc3\xa9mium air seat with back cushions;
• Electric windows, electric mirrors, auxiliary heating, heated mirrors and ISAAC electronic log.

Other useful information:

Handling: this job involves moving the cages inside the truck and putting up tarps to protect the live birds (weight to be lifted regularly).

Interviews and roadside assessments take place at Sunnymel in Clair, New Brunswick.
