Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent condition for each trip. Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage or other items, which may involve heavy lifting. Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up and drop-off times, routes, and any changes in schedule. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client needs during transportation. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption as required.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with their belongings. Valid driving license, demonstrating proficiency in operating larger vehicles safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing schedules and vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices.
