Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with passengers. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition before each trip. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed. Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time while considering traffic conditions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., limousine, bus, box truck). Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Familiarity with various driving environments including shuttle driving and school bus driving. Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks is preferred. Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
