Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Tearistas during daily operations
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Oversee drink quality, order preparation, and workflow efficiency
Train new team members and reinforce company standards
Operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive store environment
Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and opening/closing duties
Foster teamwork and keep the good vibes flowing!
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiasm for bubble tea and customer experiences
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in food/beverage or customer service (leadership experience is a plus)
Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Nice to Have:
Food Handler Certification
First Aid Certification
Prior supervisory experience
