Your Opportunity:Description:The AHS Operations Lead for the CSF Surgical Program is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Patient Care Manager, Edmonton Speciality Access and Surgical Partnerships. This position is accountable for managing and overseeing surgical data, invoicing, and reporting services across provincial sites for contracted services, ensuring alignment with surgical strategies, initiatives, and contracts. It is also responsible for ensuring compliance with AHS regulations and surgical contract standards. Key responsibilities include: Developing and utilizing metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of data management and invoicing services in line with CSF AHS contracts. Addressing complex HR and staffing challenges in a unionized environment to maintain service levels. Coordinating with IT support services to maintain and enhance CSF application functionality. Leading the team responsible for contractual data management and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payments. Supervising CSF administrative, education, and consultant staff, including performance management. Conducting audits for clinical quality monitoring of CSF sites in collaboration with the Director and audit team. Collaborating with EZ Operational Teams to ensure equitable surgical access and waitlist management.
