SOUTHLAND is currently seeking a charter administration support professional to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for addressing the needs of charter customers and delivering exceptional customer service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, return messages, and handle inquiries
Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner
Assist charter drivers with questions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations
Prepare charter waybills promptly for clients
Attend regular charter meetings
Be available for rotational on-call - weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge and Skills Required
Knowledge of Highway Traffic Acts and Regulations
Multitasking and ability to handle high-volume of workloads
Map reading ability with knowledge of the city, specifically road systems and attractions in the Calgary area
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional conduct within a high-volume environment
Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Conditions
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Availability for rotational on-call is required including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
