Pratt & Whitney Canada recherche actuellement un Ing\xc3\xa9nieur/Charg\xc3\xa9 de projets pour rejoindre le d\xc3\xa9partement d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie des installations \xc3\xa0 notre usine de Longueuil. En tant qu\'Ing\xc3\xa9nieur/Charg\xc3\xa9 de projets au sein de ce d\xc3\xa9partement, vous jouerez un r\xc3\xb4le cl\xc3\xa9 dans la gestion de projets, depuis leur conception avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 la gestion de la construction. Vous travaillerez principalement sur des projets d\'architecture, de structure et de g\xc3\xa9nie civil.

Vous travaillerez au sein d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe multidisciplinaire et apporterez votre expertise dans un ou plusieurs domaines fonctionnels. Votre exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que professionnel aguerri vous permettra de travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re autonome, sans la direction ou la supervision directe d\'autres coll\xc3\xa8gues.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9cifiques du poste :

Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de gestion de projet comprennent :

• \xc3\x89laborer des mandats de conception d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie en fonction des exigences des clients.
• \xc3\x89tablir des calendriers de projet, former l\'\xc3\xa9quipe projet et \xc3\xa9tablir des partenariats au besoin.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les aspects financiers.
• R\xc3\xa9diger et analyser les appels d\'offres.
• G\xc3\xa9rer et coordonner les travaux des entrepreneurs.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les aspects li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 l\'environnement, \xc3\xa0 la sant\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa0 la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Assurer la coordination avec les diff\xc3\xa9rentes parties prenantes.
• Garantir la satisfaction des clients tout au long des projets.
• \xc3\x89tablir des partenariats avec les clients internes.

En plus de ces responsabilit\xc3\xa9s, vous serez \xc3\xa9galement charg\xc3\xa9(e) de :

• D\xc3\xa9velopper et superviser les plans de remplacement pour les syst\xc3\xa8mes des b\xc3\xa2timents de bancs d\'essai.
• \xc3\x89tablir des normes pour les installations tant au Canada qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9chelle internationale.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 divers comit\xc3\xa9s internes.

Exigences requises :

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie structure, civil avec minimum 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en g\xc3\xa9nie projet construction ou \xc3\xa9quivalent;
• Membre de l\'Ordre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec;
• Certification en gestion de projet PMP (un atout);
• Bilinguisme;
• Autonomie, bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, excellentes aptitudes de leadership;
• Connaissances des syst\xc3\xa8mes m\xc3\xa9caniques de b\xc3\xa2timent et des infrastructures industrielles.
• ASP construction (un atout)

Pratt & Whitney Canada is currently seeking an Engineer/Project Manager to join the Facilities Engineering department at our Longueuil facility. As an Engineer/Project Manager in this department, you will play a key role in project management, from managing the conception with an engineering team to the construction management. You will primarily work on projects in architecture, structural engineering, and civil engineering.

Specific responsibilities of position:

The project management responsibilities include:

• Developing engineering design mandates based on client inputs.
• Establishing project schedules, forming the project team, and partnering as necessary.
• Managing financial aspects.
• Drafting and analyzing tender offers.
• Managing and coordinating contractor work.
• Managing environmental, health, and safety aspects.
• Ensuring coordination with various stakeholders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout projects.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in structure or civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in project management
• Member of the Ordre des Ing\xc3\xa9nieurs du Qu\xc3\xa9bec.
• PMP project management certification (an asset).
• Bilingualism.
• Autonomy, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems and industrial infrastructure.
• ASP construction certification (an asset).
