Vous avez une experience en gestion de projets , vous avez travaille dans un environnement manufacturier et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un charge de projets montee en cadence pour rejoindre notre equipe d'industrialisation basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous interagissez avec l'ensemble des fonctions supportant les operations afin de vous assurer que tout a ete pense et mis en place pour de securiser la prochaine acceleration de notre ligne de production.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Montee en cadence chargee de presenter, en collaboration avec les differentes fonctions, une vision claire de l'etat de preparation a la Haute Direction.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que leader, montee en cadence sera de definir avec les differentes fonctions les objectifs necessaires aux sauts de cadence, de s'assurer de la robustesse des plans et des objectifs, puis a les assembler pour presenter et assurer le suivi des actions mensuellement.

Vos defis:



Interagir avec l'ensemble des fonctions supportant les operations; Definir avec ces fonctions les objectifs necessaires aux differents sauts de cadence du Programme A220; Vous assurez de la robustesse du projet menant a ces objectifs (si necessaire mettre au defi ce projet); Preparer avec les differents departements concernes les presentations de statut pour la reunion mensuelle de Montee en Cadence avec la Haute Direction; Assurer une vision claire des statuts et plans des differentes fonctions durant ces rencontres mensuelle; S'assurer de la gouvernance des decisions et des actions prises durant ces rencontres.

Votre profil:



Vous detenez un diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) ou universitaires en genie, en gestion de projet, en gestion des operations, ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous cumulez un minimum de 5 ans d'experience en gestion de projet dans le secteur manufacturier; Vous avez une bonne capacite d'adaptation,; Vous faite preuve d'initiative et vous etes autonome dans votre travail; Vous etes organise et possedez de bonnes capacites analytiques; Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'equipe et avez de la facilite a interagir avec differents departements; Vous avez de fortes habiletes en communication, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, en francais et en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Ramp-up Leader to join our industrialization team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will interact with all functions supporting operations to ensure that everything has been considered and implemented to secure the next acceleration of our production line.


You will be part of the Ramp-up team responsible for presenting a clear overview of the state of preparedness to senior management, together with the various departments.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as Ramp-up leader will be to define the various objectives necessary for the pace changes together with the different departments, ensure the robustness of the plans and objectives, and compile everything to present and monitor actions on a monthly basis.

Your challenges:



Interact with all operational support functions; Work with these functions to define the objectives necessary for the different cadence jumps in the A220 Program; Ensure the robustness of the project that will lead to these objectives. If necessary, challenge the project ; In collaboration with the various departments involved, prepare status presentations for the monthly ramp-up meeting with senior management ; Provide senior management with a clear overview of the status and plans of the various functions during monthly ramp-up meetings to assist them in making decisions regarding the ramp-up; Ensure governance of decisions and actions taken during monthly ramp-up meetings.

Your boarding pass:



You hold a college (DEC) or university degree in engineering, project management, operations management, or any other related field. You have at least five years of experience in project management in the manufacturing sector; You have good adaptability skills; You are self-motivated and able to work independently; You are organized and have good analytical skills; You are a team player who finds it easy to interact with different departments; You have strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
