Nouveau lien interrives entre Quebec et Levis Refection majeure du tunnel Louis-H.-La Fontaine. Amenagements temporaires pour la reconstruction du pont de l'Ile-aux-Tourtes. Reconstruction de la section 3 de l'autoroute Gardiner dans la region de Toronto.

Actuellement, l'equipe d'infrastructures de transport. est a la recherche d'un(e) charge (e) de projets / ingenieur(e) senior pour se joindre a notre bureau de Montreal ou de Quebec.


Idealement vous avez :

Baccalaureat en genie civil ou en genie de la construction. Plus de 10 ans d'experience en conception d'infrastructures routieres. Membre actif de l'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec. Maitrise des normes du ministere des Transports du Quebec et de la Mobilite durable (MTMD). Bonne connaissance des normes de l'Association des transports du Canada (ATC). Des certifications du MTMD et/ou de l'Association Quebecoise des Transports Routiers (AQTR) seraient un atout (STC 101, 102 et 201). Excellentes capacites en coordination d'equipes multidisciplinaires, bon sens de l'autonomie et d'initiative. Excellentes habiletes en communication orale et ecrite en francais et en anglais. Bonnes competences de communication, analytiques et aptitudes de leader. Aptitude a travailler en equipe et en collaboration avec d'autres bureaux de Parsons a travers le monde.; Connaissance d'AutoCad et/ou MicroStation pour le dessin et de InRoads ou OpenRoads pour la modelisation 3D des routes. Maitrise des logiciels MS Office.

Avec nous, vous pouvez :

Elaborer et realiser des concepts preliminaires et definitifs dans le cadre de projets routiers incluant les domaines de la chaussee, geometrie routiere, drainage, signalisation et maintien de la circulation S'assurer de la conformite de la conception aux normes en vigueur ; Preparer et mettre a jour les rapports, les notes techniques et les specifications ; Participer a la preparation des documents pour soumission et des estimations de couts ; Assurer la gestion de projet en appliquant les notions de gestion des ressources, budgets et echeanciers ; Assurer la coordination avec les autres disciplines concernees ; S'assurer de la constructibilite ; Assurer d'autres responsabilites associees a ce poste le cas echeant.

La connaissance du francais est requise pour les postes situes en permanence au Quebec afin que le titulaire puisse communiquer au besoin avec ses collegues et partenaires au Quebec. Une formation en francais est offerte a tout titulaire d'un poste permanent au Quebec qui ne possede pas une bonne connaissance du francais.

Autre exigence linguistique



La maitrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste afin de communiquer avec les collegues, les clients et les partenaires (ou les fournisseurs) situes a l'exterieur du Quebec, et de comprendre la documentation technique et scientifique disponible dans le domaine de notre industrie.

Currently, the transportation infrastructure team is looking for a Project Manager to join our Montreal or Quebec City office.


Ideally, you have:

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering. +12 years of experience in road infrastructure design. Active membership in the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec. Excellent knowledge of the standards of the ministere des Transports du Quebec et de la Mobilite durable (MTMD) . Good knowledge of the standards of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC). Certifications from the MTMD and/or the Quebec Association of Road Transport (AQTR) would be an asset (STC 101, 102, and 201). Excellent skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with a good sense of autonomy and initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other Parsons offices around the world. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for drafting and InRoads or OpenRoads for 3D road modeling. Proficiency in MS Office software.

Develop and execute preliminary and final designs for road projects, including areas such as pavement, road geometry, drainage, and signage. Ensure that the design complies with current standards. Prepare and update reports, technical notes, and specifications. Participate in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates. Manage projects by applying principles of resource management, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate with other relevant disciplines. Ensure constructability. Take on other responsibilities associated with this position, as needed.

Language of Work for Positions Permanently Located in Quebec




Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so that the holder can communicate as needed with colleagues and partners in Quebec. French language training is offered to any holder of a permanent position in Quebec who does not have a good knowledge of French.

Other Language Requirement



Proficiency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside of Quebec, and to understand the technical and scientific documentation available in our industry
