: Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Channel Sales Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for the development and growth of sales for the residential electrician channel partners in the area of Chicoutimi, Rimouski, Quebec, Beauce, and Victoriaville.

What will you do?

• Execute platforming, commercial action plans and an animation strategy for the Electrician business with the assigned Area and distributor.
• Define and validate the business plans with the Commercial Channel Partners under their responsibility.
• Provide competitive feedback to the marketing team and facilitates territory liaison to Electrician Business Development Manager.
• Ensure the success of product, program, campaign launches: execution of the launching strategy and reporting.
• Support clerical requests needed by our distributors in their respective assign area.

• University/College/Technical School graduate with an electrical emphasis.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the electrical distribution industry.
• Intensive Home & Distribution + Control experience.
• Intensive knowledge of Residential and Industrial Electrician market.
• Must have sound knowledge of Channel/Distribution/Industry business model, processes and operations.
• Proven sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
