We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Representative to grow sales of our health and wellness products in the retail channel. You will build relationships with grocery stores and pharmacies, introduce our products, and help expand our market presence across the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with retailers, understands consumer products, and loves building new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new retail partners including grocery stores and pharmacies
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and managers
Present and promote our health and wellness products to potential retail partners
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
Provide ongoing support to retail partners to help drive product sell through
Track sales performance and report market insights, trends, and opportunities
Represent the brand at trade shows, local events, and product demos
Work closely with marketing and operations to support sales goals and distribution activities
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree required
Strong computer skills, proficiency in using spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, CPG, health or wellness products
Experience selling to grocery stores, pharmacies, or similar retail channels is a plus
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Goal driven and comfortable working independently
Ability to travel within the US as needed

Responsabilites principales
Prospecter et recruter de nouveaux partenaires detaillants (epiceries et pharmacies)
Creer et entretenir de solides relations avec les proprietaires, acheteurs et responsables magasins
Presenter et promouvoir nos produits de sante et bien etre aupres des partenaires potentiels
Gerer tout le cycle de vente, de la premiere approche a la conclusion du contrat
Accompagner les detaillants pour favoriser la rotation et la vente des produits
Suivre les performances commerciales et partager les informations marche et opportunites
Representer la marque lors d'evenements, salons et demonstrations produits
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le marketing et les operations
Exigences
Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires requis
Solides competences informatiques, maitrise des outils de tableur, de traitement de texte et de presentation (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho Workplace, etc.)
Excellentes competences en communication et service client
Fortes capacites d'organisation et attention aux details
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a prioriser dans un environnement dynamique
Qualifications souhaitees
1 a 3 ans d'experience commerciale, de preference en retail, CPG ou produits sante et bien etre
Experience dans la vente aux epiceries, pharmacies ou reseaux similaires appreciee
Excellentes competences en communication et relation client
Capacite a atteindre des objectifs et a travailler en autonomie
Disponibilite pour voyager aux Etats Unis si necessaire
