We are seeking an innovative channel marketing Specialist to plan and oversee the implementation of our marketing strategies across all available channels. You will be developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and managing marketing communications.

To ensure success as a channel marketing Specialist, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies and experience in a related industry. An outstanding channel marketing Specialist will be someone whose expertise results in optimized marketing strategies and increased profitability.

The Channel Marketing Specialist role will be focused on three main areas:

Social Media: Running non-paid and sometimes paid campaigns to support events, flight operations solutions, cadet to captain training, airside.aero, and other initiatives as needed.

Online Advertising: Running ads and campaigns on Google, Instagram, LinkedIn and other specialized channels and networks. Campaigns will range from B2C ads for individual customers like cadets and pilots, and B2B equipment, software, and e-commerce ads for large and small airlines, business jet operators, and others.

Email Marketing: Managing email marketing campaigns for all the segments above, reaching out to existing clients, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. List maintenance and growth strategies for existing a new markets will also be important.

Channel Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies.

Developing new channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.

Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.

Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.

Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.

Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.

Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior Specialists, and other departments.

Overseeing the marketing team and documenting processes.

Managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks.

Keeping track of and implementing the latest marketing technologies and techniques.

Manage marketing communication massages across various channels such as newsletters, webinars, product notifications, etc.

Create KPIs for each channel

Generate new channel optimizations

Measure KPIs for each channel

Provide and present reports

Salesforce experience is a plus

CMS experience is a plus

Channel Marketing Specialist Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.

A minimum of 2 years experience in channel marketing.

In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Superb communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Ability to drive creativity and innovation.
