. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales performance, optimizing distribution strategies, and executing channel-specific marketing and growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American retail landscape, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned retail channels across Canada and the U.S.
Manage relationships with key retail accounts including national and regional banners, distributors, and brokers.
Monitor channel performance, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on promotional planning, product launches, and pricing strategy.
Oversee listing processes, promotional execution, planograms, and seasonal programming.
Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to strengthen relationships and drive mutual success.
Identify and secure new retail opportunities and expand footprint within existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with channel-specific policies, regulations, and operational requirements.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and ROI of channel initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in channel or account management within the CPG, food & beverage, or retail sector.
Proven track record of managing major Canadian and U.S. retail accounts.
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and shopper marketing.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to travel across Canada and the U.S. as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and retail analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
