What You'll Be Doing

Remote Banking & Shared Service Technology provides 24/7 and tier 1 service for Retail Banking and parts of Wholesale Banking, as well as various key enterprise technology capabilities. As a Change Planning Consultant you will be responsible for the Planning, Management and Control of Technology Changes across all technologies and platforms at Remote Banking Shared Services within Retail Technology.

How You'll Succeed

Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Production Changes and implementation readiness for Retail Technology changes, including Payments, Client Database, Shared Services and Fraud Management Applications

Attention to Detail - Act as an ambassador for Retail Technology Change Management to the Enterprise Change Management Forums of Technical Advisory Board (TAB), Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Executive Change Advisory Board (ECAB). This includes a review/screening of change requests (RFC's) to ensure quality of information, potential security risks, and compliance to standards

Analytical Thinking - Analyze Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management for Retail Technology and share analysis with recommendations to Executive Team

You can demonstrate experience in ITIL processes and definitions knowledge and an understanding of infrastructure and application stack level components. It's an asset if you have experience using ServiceNow, Tableau, Confluence and JIRA.
