The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change Management team.
Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Change Manager is responsible for leading and delivering enterprise change initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in driving adoption, building readiness, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. The ideal candidate brings both consulting expertise and industry experience, with a proven track record of managing complex change in financial services.

What your day looks like:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to identify and assess the impact of change initiatives and define change objectives
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and maintain change management deliverables including impact assessments, change plans, and status reports
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders on change management best practices
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Tailor change approaches to both waterfall and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and alignment to business needs

Requirements:
Your experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on change management experience, ideally in complex enterprise environments
• Proven background in consulting (former consulting experience preferred) and industry experience within financial services
• Strong understanding and demonstratable use of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
• Demonstrated and successful delivery of change initiatives in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $90,000 - $119,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
