Identify, define and execute on change management and prepare the business and/or impacted stakeholders for change that is affecting people, technology and process for the assigned program, project or initiative. Work with the Change Lead and/or Project Director/Leads (if applicable), Enterprise Change Management Office, and business owners to manage the impact of the change, progress, issues and risks for the cluster/division and/or business area(s). Ensure the impacted business area(s) and stakeholders are prepared, equipped and supported through the change.
The Enterprise Change Management Office will be supporting upcoming projects to add to and improve our information technology across the enterprise.
We are looking for candidates who have experience leading change management activities specifically for technology implementation projects.
