Employee TypeFull TimeVacancy TypePermanentTown/RegionHalifax, NS, Montreal, QC, Ottawa, ONAbout the roleThe Change Management Coordinator works within the Change Management team reporting to the Change Management Lead for the coordination and statusing of engineering and contract change proposals.Responsibilities include:

  • Faciliating the creation of change order proposals by liaising with technical SMEs, DPMs, and other Coordinators.
  • Updating Change Management database with accurate status in support of the assigned area and supported by the technical SMEs, DPMs, Coordinators.
  • Supporting Price Review document development and interfacing with program leadership to schedule price reviews.
  • Collecting proposal status data for COP/ECP DPM scorecards and dashboards, internal performance metrics for each IPT, schedule execution and RTG metrics, process measurements and improvements indicators, JIRA data integrity, validation, and timeliness.
  • Producing weekly Change Management metrics and scorecards and maintaining metrics/performance dashboard for internal and external stakeholder reporting.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
What you bring to the roleRequired skills, qualifications, and experience:
  • Experience working in one or more of the following functions: Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, Quality or Supply Chain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance - Mandatory
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload

Language Requirements in QuebecKnowledge of the English language is required for this role as the position described in this posting requires the candidate to communicate every day with a virtual team outside Quebec as well as communicate with different members of the organization, clients and suppliers located outside of Canada. For engineering positions, the candidate must also be able to read or modify technical documents from our main clients and write technical documents for these same clients.
