What's the Job?
Location: North York or Chatham, ON (Hybrid - Onsite Mon/Tues/Thurs; Remote Wed/Fri)
? Duration: 1 Year
? Suggested Pay Rate: T4: $60.52/hour Note: Drivers abstract required due to occasional travel to other offices.
Role Overview
The Advisor, Change Management will support GDS Key Initiatives and USUI, focusing on the implementation of ERP and Business Apps with utility integration. This role is critical in helping employees transition to new enterprise tools and processes while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide change management support for GDS initiatives and USUI projects.
  • Capture and communicate detailed change impacts to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans.
  • Create toolkits, training content, and sponsor/coach/resistance management plans.
  • Assess change impacts, risks, and resistance; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders and gather feedback to refine change plans.
  • Support training development and delivery for new systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Construction, Asset Management, Work Management, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of frontline operations and work processes.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SharePoint.
