We are currently hiring a part-time

Slot Floor Server

to join our Chances Salmon Arm Team

.

In this position, you will provide front-line customer service by serving drinks and food to guests on the slot floor, ensuring a positive and memorable gaming experience. This role is dedicated to the slot floor and does not include regular restaurant service unless scheduled separately. Shifts will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.

What you will be doing

Providing exceptional service by taking and delivering drink and food orders on the slot floor. Communicating weekly and monthly promotions and events to customers. Assisting guests with any inquiries related to their gaming experience. Ensuring compliance with all liquor service and gaming regulations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area.

What you will bring

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Serving and Bartending experience required. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Ability to successfully obtain a Serving It Right certificate and a criminal record check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch. Must be 19+
